Background:
My journey of self-improvement began when I started researching ways to fix injuries I had accumulated over my teenage years. Strength training played a major part in my rehab. Finding martial arts and competing in Boxing, Muay Thai, and Dutch Style Kickboxing, I continued to use strength training to my benefit while developing an understanding of conditioning and energy systems training.
Today, I am a big fan of strength sports and continue to research and push myself in strength training.

Utilize my years of training experience and education to help you on your own journey of self-improvement. Whether you are an athlete looking to improve performance, or a first time gym-goer, I can customize a training experience just for you and your individual needs.
